My intention when working with clients or students is to always empower with lasting personal tending practices, well integrated changes, and a supportive network.

Committing to deep soul work and anchoring your healing along the way is an engaged and focused process. Sessions with me require a high level of involvement and I am happy to support you as we tend to soul level wellness in the spirit realm, physical energetic health, brainwave balance, nervous system support, overall spiritual harmony and sacred living skills.

It is recommended to give yourself time to integrate the healing and wisdoms that arise from our session(s) together, ideally this includes space/time free from multiple healing modalities all activating at the same time. If you are working with another practitioner, a disclosure agreement between us is wise so we are able to collaborate and support you rather than overwhelm. In certain cases, additional support may be suggested such as another 'shamanic' informed holistic practitioner, shadow work with an experienced facilitator, or perhaps holistic minded councillor or therapist.

Private Devotional Arts and Soul Restoration sessions may be held in-person or long distance depending on circumstances, with a focus on either tangible spiritual support or entirely on soul restoration.

Devotional Arts Sessions

Devotional Arts Sessions offer opportunity to dive into soul tending work through traditional skills and the creation of sacred objects. In this way, not only does the creative act itself bring remedy, but those I work with also come away with an item to be worn or used ceremonially as the healing work continues long after our time together.

Soul Restoration Sessions

Session Structure

Please read the following fully to understand what working with me entails and the additional teachings/supports usually included. Very rarely is it "only a 2 hr session".
My aim is to empower you on your soul level healing and sacred living journey with skills and lasting understanding.
This work includes a number of components with the healing actually beginning the moment you commit to a session and continues through an integration period after our time together.

The flow of this healing process looks very similar for both in-person and distance sessions and follows these steps:

1. A request for a session is made using the form below and the Intake Form & Waiver (link also below)  is completed - this is when your healing work actually begins.
2. I send you an email reply and a short consultation takes place via email or video call. A link will be included with Agreements such as avoiding alcohol and recreational drugs for 24 hours prior to our time together and your session time is arranged.
3. I tend to pre-session work by consulting Spirit through either a spirit journey, various divination techniques, and omen watching for information on underlying aspects to support our work.
4. 2 hour Consultation & Session occurs. During this time we explore your current self-tending or sacred living practices, the situation at hand you are seeking to remedy, co-create a focused intention, and discuss what to expect next. Sessions typically include an energy & brainwave balancing component but may instead consist of a divination method. Any number of 'shamanic' healing techniques, information gathering in the spirit realm, or healing ceremony will also take place as well as drawing on my skills as a Seer and clairsentient  empath.
5. During your session you will receive "homework" from Spirit to anchor the healing work and it is vital to complete it in a timely manner. I have never seen a task that is not doable but they tend to need some effort or dedication. Sometimes the task is very simple and easy and the danger therefore is assuming it is not an important component to your healing process.
6. Following your session you will also receive mentorship or teachings on a practice to delve into that will further your integration process and provide a sustainable empowering resource for you to draw on in future. Supports will be geared to your 'shamanic' experience level, or spiritual/sacred living practice - be it from absolute beginner to advanced seasoned practitioner. These transmissions may come via video or written wisdom share on a method for home use, a recommendation to attend journey circles, a particular workshop, online teaching course, or it may be one-on-one support with sacred tool creation or personal ceremony.

7. Follow Up Consultation. This takes place via email exchange approximately 2 weeks after our session and will touch in on your integration process, dream and omen tracking, plus an update on the prescribed homework and additional empowerment resources. Additional consultation support via online video call or in-person is available at $75 per half hour.

In-Person or Long Distance Sessions are $150 Canadian per hour

At the time of confirmed booking, an initial 2 hour fee of $300 is required before we meet, any additional session over time plus pre and post support time will be calculated and considered due 3 weeks afterward. Typically sessions run 2 to 3 hours, with an average of 4 hours of pre and post support. Budgeting for $600 Canadian is a reasonable estimate.
