The Formalities
For those clients who wish to see the formal certified training I have had, listed below are some details. I do believe formal training is an important component when offering to work for others, with experience, personal development, and direct guidance from Spirit being the other important pieces to bring one fully into their medicine.

I work mainly with Celtic practices & techniques, universal 'shamanic' beliefs, and direct teachings from Spirit and the Land that I live on utilizing traditional healing methods alongside natural medicines. My areas of focus are:

Highlights while working for State of Mind in North Vancouver and Finlandia Natural Pharmacy in Vancouver
My original practice The Reiki Connection, was based out of Vancouver BC offering sessions, 1:1 Reiki Attunements, and held weekly Reiki Shares for practitioners. I've completed Levels 1, 2, 3, and Teacher training including long distance energy work, symbol use, energy center balancing, and philosophy. Teacher training for offering Reiki Attunements, also lead me to manual writing for all 3 levels and supporting clients in their skill development and integration process.
Combining of modalities
Since my 'shamanic' studies began in 2007 I have been gifted other forms of energy healing similar to Reiki by my spirit guides. Working in these ways is a natural process for me yet I spent years training and keeping 'shamanism' & Reiki separate. Upon apprenticeship initiation it became apparent a particular way of offering these two modalities during the same session and sometimes in blended ways was part of my medicine to offer. Since then Nature has been my greatest teacher for attuning to and channeling energy frequencies of all kinds.
While working in Vancouver as a Brainwave Technologist we realized many of our clients would benefit from additional supports to facilitate their healing and some began asking for energetic and spiritual supports. With intimate knowledge of how brainwaves affected by trauma or injury manifest in day to day living, I began to support clients in my private practice and cross-overs began to occur with more and more frequency. Eventually came the time when I could offer these services together in a complimentary way ~ and so began 3 Fold Balance. Now I no longer use EEG equipment and have a well established form of energetically sensitive 'intuitive' brainwave balancing

Launched a publishing house in order to host Raven Tongue Magazine, a print-only, sacred living, quarterly publication featuring 30+ contributors across Canada, the UK, and USA. As Recording Secretary for the international heritage protection movement to safeguard assets on the Isle of Sky in Scotland, this has lead me to education in Scottish charity law and furthered my experience in both governance policy creation and Secretarial recording skills. - Timberlane Fine Arts Association, Board Member, 2023 - 2025
In February, I was elected by society members at the AGM to become the Secretary for the Timberlane Fine Arts Association.
